The cost of the 2009 Supreme Esteem, Inc. Forgiveness Retreat is $4,100!  This price includes airfare from Miami International Airport (Price will vary if departing from other cities.), air tax, hotel, daily breakfast, a city tour, retreat souvenirs, all workshops, workshop materials, and one individual session (optional).  We will also travel to Cairns, Australia, home of The Great Barrier Reef and the native Aborigines! We will fly American Airlines out of Miami International Airport Thursday, April 2, 2009 and connect to Qantas Airlines in Los Angeles.  We will return to Miami International Airport on Monday, April 13, 2009. Accommodations will be at the Vibe Hotel in Sydney and the Mercure Hotel Harbourside in Cairns. A non-refundable deposit of $500 must  accompany this registration form.  Fifty percent (50%) of balance ($1,800) is due by Wednesday, October 15, 2008.  There will be no refunds after Friday, November 28, 2008.  Final payment is due by Monday, January 26, 2009.  You are welcome to make payments in between due dates.  You will need a passport.
